I'm sure at some point they have left some research work and are unaware sources consult to find the information they need. Well here is some options to consult when they have to do some work.
The first is the Encyclopedia Britannica, this encyclopedia is in English and you can consult http://www.britannica.com. This is a very good and reliable encyclopedia, the problem is there are some articles that you can not have access unless they become members.
Another recent encyclopedia became so popular is Wikipedia, the encyclopedia is in several languages \u200b\u200band can be found at http://www.wikipedia.org. This encyclopedia has some details which need to be tuned, to be an encyclopedia in which anyone can write there are times when the information is not 100% reliable. The advantage of this encyclopedia is that it is free.
