Refurbing G-shock Watches

What talent do? Travel by train

Yesterday I went to see a football match children class children, those between 12 and 14 years. The party was sensational because it was very close, exciting and clean. The children do not speculate forces. Long time not enjoyed a show so amateur. Only when a black father was not at the level of the children fulltime. Whenever the parents ...

But it was not that I wanted to write. I wanted to write about the talent on the field because there were 22 children playing, but only a few that stand out so exaggerated. Two young talent to play football, and when I got home my head began to give it sometimes.

At age 14 a child is a child as a person is what they say to open a melon. But so much done?

focus on one of two children, I saw how he worked, and encouraged the rest when conceding a goal, and tried to steal the ball and worked to make a good pass to a partner when probably by the strength that he saw, had more chance of success alone. Then calculated as force and distance shooting. And finally held three goals as he did. I see responsibility, effort, humility, solidarity, and finally, wisdom in decisions.

No hi ha tradició de combine studies and sports and elect. Unless so much and so good, you go directly to a top level club where he made a plan to study size. But this should happen to one in 50,000 athletes.

In cases like this I know a lot, so a good student and good athlete is usually taken together. When you have to choose only the athlete succeed in the bad students. Unfortunate.

after I sold my two companions, one was a great footballer and is now a proliferation of reference. The other was a great hockey player and is now a renowned professor of physics at the University of Santiago de Compostela. They rank studies. But it should be. The talent we should protect all its expressions.

Honestly, first I got excited. After going through my head to complain that the parents to meet with this dilemma. But I finally concluded: welcome the headaches are because of talent, even if we are in Catalonia.

The Diabetes Improvement Programme

Today I went by train to Barcelona, \u200b\u200band since I'm not too familiar, I noticed a number of situations that I feel like explaining.

First, just arriving to Sants station confirms that the signaling me to this country is designed for those who know where to go: I see a lot of people do not know where your train will leave or where they go to ask. In these situations I'm always more serious for the elderly.

The situation here is different because the platforms because there are people missing, people are cast. I say roll because the waiting area feel very abandoned, and uncomfortable with the likeness of a permanently unfinished work. As soon as I get there, people expected at one point and that the train arrives, a few subway stops from where later the few banks out. Therefore, passengers legs and help me run, who can do it.

reaches the second train, Figueres, a few seconds after it announced a public address that does not feel anything and it works well since I have memory. Interestingly arrives on time and stops in the right place. As we climb, helped raise the storage of some young girls from Eastern Europe for access to coaches still not designed for the elderly, who were loaded, or generally for anyone with mobility problems . Again I think the poor elderly.

already on the train, the first problem arises when a woman living the kind of rush a young North African issues and the replies of bad ways, but facing them. I think that he had not understood what I told the lady enjoyed it and picked wrong. Sometimes we are predisposed to have certain attitudes and responses to outside when there is no place.

The thing worries me more then. One of the girls from the East and start looking nervously a few times up and down the carriage as if he had lost something. The ticket, I think. Move and remove coats and bags and tells a man near his Catalan, in a very rudimentary English, which has lost cell phone, which is safer than when he had gone to the car, an iPhone is worth 600 euros and he believes he has stolen some aspects of the three North African men who are sitting the bottom of the wagon. The truth is that it says in a tone quite quiet.

One of the boys and it still says that because the accused without knowing anything, when there are so many people in the car (about thirty people). Here if the girl does not s'acovardeix the contrary, facing him and tells him that the only aspect that has or may have been one of his friends. The situation is tense, but not true here.

When we arrived in Caldes de Malavella, the three guys down and goodbye from the platform of the three girls saying they have no phone and regret that it has been put off them. The girl, very coolly, seems to have made the idea that enabled them out of phone and face looks incredulously. I find it curious that the first who mistrust of an immigrant is another immigrant.

this station Caldes hear the comment of a man who speaks by phone and says that soon because we will be in Girona in Caldes de Boadella. I think that within me I hope the train does not leave us here because the GPS who have come to go crazy for it, both can lead to Ventallops Llépara as St. Martin.

M, seemed very curious little privacy that exists in the carriage where I observed this while working with my brand new iPad and I removed the headphones from their ears.

When I arrived in Figueras, Empordà I thought more precious than ever.

Stretching Of The Labia

Hello, students! According to our concearn that you keep practicing your english, we will update some entries in english so you can keep on learning. Nevertheless, the intention is not to make a very boring and preachy lecture on grammar (that's what your teachers are for) but instead a fun and practical lesson that you can apply on your everyday life.

So, this time, we have for you a really yummy recipe for some Eggs Florentine on an English Muffin

Also , you should know that this particular recipe is not only healthy but also a weight watcher (meaning, a light recipe)

So, let's start with the ingredients:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red onion, finely minced
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 slices Weight Watchers Cheese Singles
  • 1 Weight Watchers Wheat English Muffin, split and toasted
How is it going to work... it's really simple actually, just follow these easy-cheesy steps:

  1. Combine egg whites, water, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside. Do not whisk or beat egg whites.
  2. Heat a medium nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray. Add red onion and saute until soft, 1-2 minutes. Stir in spinach and continue cooking until spinach wilts, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add egg-white mixture and cook until egg whites are opaque, about 3 minutes; using a large spatula, flip over and cook until other side is done, 1-2 minutes. Push eggs and vegetables with spatula to middle of pan and turn off heat. Place Weight Watchers Cheese Singles over eggs until melted, 1-2 minutes. Using spatula, divide and scoop equal amounts egg-and-vegetable mixture onto each English muffin half.
Remember not to limit yourself only with the spinach. Try using many different vegetables to spice it up a little (you can use bell peppers, mushrooms or broccoli).

That's all for today, folks, hope you enjoy this delicious meal.
Keep studying hard. Do your best and Be your best!!

Mount Blade On Mac For Free

The democratization of data

Friday 11th February I attended a meeting ESADE on what is called Open Data, or Catalan, the data open. That is, all the data to be open to the general public from any organization. This is an increasingly popular trend. I was struck that there are different trends.

On one hand, Americans, with a total deregulation, as is standard in them and the basis of its society, are able to open everything and show all data. But not only from businesses, but also to all administrations. For example, we showed an application in real time, and running on the GPS, showing the danger zone for which we are circulation, calculated on the number of robberies and thefts that are occurring. Obviously, the data have been hung directly by the police. When we asked why she did this because in Catalonia it may seem alarmist to create a form, the speaker said he was not a way to make more credible the information of the police, but was to democratize data. They are very clear that some taxpayers and tax administrations are obliged to show the reality of what is either good or not. And everyone should act accordingly.

The speaker also expressed U.S. concern for everyone who hangs data does a very personal and believe you should find the formula to unify criteria when uploading data, so that if circulating in New York or Paris, we are either similar or easily identifiable by the user. Now, like any emerging issue, this is not so.

On the other side of the Atlantic, in Europe, things look differently if we northern Europeans and southern Europeans. Speakers spoke of Helsinki and Berlin on one hand, and the Catalans on the other. As for the U.S. European showed a similar trend for Americans, but with some precautions. The Finns, for example, have no problem displaying all data. So they commented that there is no problem in knowing who has had revenues last year of the third third neighbor. But they tend to socialize more data, meaning that the data are made available to everyone as soon as the demographic. In Helsinki you can find details of any neighborhood and its demographic composition: average age of the population, immigration data, population studies, ... because they believe that when a person decides to live in a place that should know what you'll see.

The Germans, however, also believe that the data should socialize but for now just hang data that provide services directly to the population. For example they talk about a tool that allows deaf-mutes have the information of any building in sign language using a mobile phone application.

Both Finns and Germans are very respectful of the taxes collected from taxpayers and consider these applications very attractive for its low cost. Both explained that called contests of ideas among young students, who are the biggest users of these technologies, with about 1000 euros prize, but which help to generalize and fashionable use.

At the other end of it all is we are Catalans, and by extension, the English. It turns out that we have a law that protects privacy rights of individuals greatly regarding the publication of certain data. Everyone agrees that this is considered an exaggeration because the speaker replied that the U.S. would be able in two hours, through all that is published on the net to give any complete profile that extended to room. And if someone Facebook users have teenage children, then we could give half-hour to the faith of baptism.

My opinion is that the world towards a democratization of data, but of course governments can not skip the current regulations. But we have to start thinking about how we use the Internet puts at our disposal to provide information to help people make decisions. And that will not make people more confidence in the administration, but certainly will be placed more clearly in the environment where he lives.

At the other extreme situation is the Party that gets to ask the obligatory in Spain have servers containing personal data of people in Spain. Bless me, that really is anachronistic. In a world with a mobile phone is able to overthrow a dictatorial regime in ten days than 30 years, and someone requests it. And if you do not believe it, look it up .

soda and Heart-mania

Un estudio médico reciente, presentado en la American Stroke Association (La Asociación Americana de Infartos) indica que la injerencia en gran measure diet soft drinks increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

In the study, were evaluated about 2 000 564 people in Manhattan and their consumption habits. In the end, showed results that indicated that 60% of consumers of these beverages "light" are more likely to suffer strokes than those who do not eat. Also, Hannah Garndene, lead author of the study, said the results showed how are you drinks "may not be an optimal substitute for sugary drinks."

A second study, also showed the relationship between high salt interference and increased ischemic brain (interruption of blood flow to the brain). In the study, we analyzed 2 000 657 people. This is especially true in those who consume more than 4 000 milligrams of sodium a day (four large portions of fries, for example) as the recommended amount should be below one thousand 500.

must remember, also that every body is different and the effects vary (for better or worse) by gender, age, physical activity and alcohol and snuff.

health today must be one of our priority issues. With the steady increase in sedentary lifestyle and lack of food culture, the risk of chronic diseases and cardiovascular increases. We encourage you to make aware of what you eat and you remember: a healthy mind in healthy body.

The Tablet

The Tablets are those tech devices that have begun to appear a few months here, at least on a massive scale. The most famous is the Apple iPad, which really brings the same applications that can be found on an iPod touch or a MacBook, but in a presentation that is somewhere between them.

With a lightweight and easy to transport, the iPad has become a popular gadget as a tool for work, leisure and communication. However, as a result of its success following this first "tablet", Apple has already begun creating the next generation of the iPad. The advantages that this presentation will include:

* will have a front camera to facilitate video conferencing.
* will have a faster processor.
* Will be lighter and thinner.

The drawbacks are mainly to do the same thing that makes the current iPad still not resolved the conflict in the interface image they present, due to its format.

Yet, this growing "tablet-mania has sparked competition between manufacturers of next generation products. The third Last quarter, Apple still controlled 95% of the technology market, but it looks like tough competition ahead. Many other manufacturers have taken their own models: The Xoom for Motorola, Dell Streak, etc..

Frankly, the technological advantages of these gadgets are not many, its success lies in the advantages of filing practice. Without emabargo are certainly useful tools and if you think bought one, it is highly recommended to analyze the competition.

Crisis in Egypt

As the theme of the week, and I guess many months of the crisis originated in Tunisia, but has played in Egypt echo older, I started looking for information on what I think is the most important of this crisis.

Causes of the crisis in Egypt
The reasons for the Egyptian revolt are the same as those that explain the popular uprising in Tunisia. This is not a religious revolt, is a social revolt by poverty, unemployment, lack of freedom and no future horizon with young people. This in a country with 80 million inhabitants, where 50% are under 25 years

wikirevolucions Some have called these surveys. But the revelations are not WikiLeaks of which have caused this because these people do not need anyone to explain away the corruption of their regimes. When that young tunecí, peddler, was in protest autoimmolar daily humiliation to which they subjected the local police. This gesture of dying for the dignity they were reflected many young people. The uprising lasted until the government ordered the army to shoot the people, the military leaders deny it and from there the story has been told.

As spreads
The spread has followed a pattern similar to that of Tunisia, which were loaded in one month a scheme firmly settled since 1987. Something dramatic indignation overflowed contained by fear, generated demonstrations that represses the police and immediately images of repression and protest messages are disseminated on Internet social networks, amplifying the movement until the media not controlled by Government report and broadcast the images and messages that hang demonstrators on Youtube or other sites. Under the spreading protest, triggering the mobile networks, SMS, and twits the pages of Facebook and other networks, to build a system of communication and organization and no central leaders, who works with great efficiency, overflowing censorship and repression.

In Egypt, in a few days, tens of thousands of people joined Facebook and other social networks. The most popular group called "its people are burning, Mr President." And while governments are aware and put in place mechanisms for cyber war, the surfer can be difficult to contain. And the connection between youth culture and the Internet is at the root of the new popular power.

hard because both President Mubarak?
This permanence is not due to its resistance. What happens is that the situation is so complex that the parties both internal and external power to keep it artificially. On one hand, together with Western leaders say Turkey must listen to the people. At another extreme is that Saudi leaders have even said that some protesters are infiltrated (like heated four heads). Another is the different position of Israel, whose leaders fear the fall of Mr Mubarak as this was the first to sign a peace agreement with Israel. And in the thirty years that has been in power, peace agreements are respected.

Continuity Mubarak explained by the absence of clear leadership. So far, all opposition has been prepared to form a transitional government, but without any important figure at the helm.

Now what?
far been accused of being passive Egyptian society, someone has compared to a timber floating on the Nile and is carried away by running slowly. But now it turns out that this wood has suddenly jumped to a waterfall. This is because more than half of the population has known no other head of state that Mubarak. And the profile of the population has changed. Young people have more education, are highly urbanized, much more exposed to the outside world, much less patients. Only a few details: phone lines have gone from 2.8 per thousand in 1990 to 79.1 in 2009 and that infant mortality has risen from 78.5 per thousand to 34.8 years between them.

The government's plan to perpetuate himself in office through a traditional election gibberish, is likely to go ahead. The country is now facing three main possibilities. The first is to follow the path of Russia and find a strong man from within the system. The second is the way of Iran, and the anger sweeping around the current system, with a global reach of the consequences which can not be predicted. Or follow the path of Turkey and become a little less fragile and that all concerned were a little happier.

Sample Of Aspirations

The Berlin Wall Part Two

These days we are witnessing a little astonished at the fall of the dictatorships of Egypt and Tunisia and we'll see if it appears to fall another Jordan and Morocco also reeling begins to tremble.

In all these countries, the most important in terms of its geostrategic position, population size and economic power is Egypt. A country where it seemed that the United States were all neat, and go where the people helped by social networks in a week were charged a 30-year dictatorship.

am astonished because I thought one of these dictatorships, if some day they would fall because of religion. And again, who would say religion has nothing to do. The people want democracy, want freedom. And this is where the Internet, social networks, television, have done much harm to these dictatorships, censorship and even used to go as far as they could in the limited social networks, failed to stop the mouth - Ear or perhaps we should now say the keyboard - screen, and the snowball effect has been trapped together and have the evidence.

the moment, it seems that there has been no bloodshed. So unusual a few years ago, where a well would have ended with deaths in abundance. Remember Tiananmen. And the domino effect has meant that after an insignificant country in the world order as Tunisia, Egypt has fallen, now figs are another story. And from what happens today?

So what has happened these days is not the end of a process but the beginning. Now we need to articulate transitions from one system to another. There are theories to suit all tastes, from those who think that without blood there is no transition well done, to the extent contrary to law "an end", or the same transition in Spain. My grandfather, who was a very wise person and the English Civil War had always told us that when the war ended and everyone went home, "if we had not forgotten and people, we could not live" in alusió clear the allegations that there had been crossed in the war period.

The English transition is also a good example, driven by a person who I think has never been sufficiently treated like Adolfo Suarez. I guess a few years will be considered as his due.

What is clear is that to start the transition off the dictator should be. ElBaradei's words liked "that will bring a dictator to democracy is an oxymoron." I speak of this man who seems to have better image abroad to drive this process. In their curriculum is the Nobel Peace Prize 2005 and the general direction of the International Atomic Energy Agency. From here, it is also important is not having the feeling of being tutelage installed by foreign powers, especially the United States, much despised for its historical foreign policy.

The reasons that I see in this global revolution in the Islamic world are basically the comparison of these peoples with the rest of the world. Telecommunications networks show the world we live more or less anxiety, but with freedom. And their country is an oligarchy that accumulates wealth and a vast majority who have to spend two dollars a day. I have been great, have matured and have said enough is enough.

surprises me that these processes also caught the U.S. unprepared. I do not know paints what the CIA and its intelligence service. Neither were able to predict the fall of the Berlin Wall. No value worth spending that represents this service to the poor quality of the information takes.

And a question that comes to mind when I see all these processes is very interesting what will happen with China. If the firm will be able to keep its population under a dictatorial regime, where information is supplied fully filtered. And I wonder why things that happen in a country that will reach 1400 million in 2015. You can not disregard anything. The first time there was some movement did not hesitate to use the army, but I do not know whether the army will always be available to the government. Maybe someday will recognize that the army itself is the people, and is not to go against the people.

Finally, what you said Don Quixote to Sancho Panza: "The Freedom, Sancho, is one of the most beautiful women than men gave them to the skies, with her I can not igualarse treasures encierran that the land and the sea: the fear of freedom, as well as by the honor, it can and should be ventured life. "And so they did.
